- The Company shall implement an occupational health and safety management system covering its health and safety activities, and shall continue to improve the effectiveness of such.
- The Company shall endeavor to create a safe workplace that not only eliminates all safety-related incidents but also eliminates all safety-related risks, focusing on a risk assessment system that clarifies the hazard factors in workplace, and establishes an order of priority for countermeasures.

Environmental Management Policy

FUJI RESIN will position environmental conservation activities, which is one of the international sustainable development goals (SDGs), as a priority matter to be pursued.
- The Company shall pursue continual improvements toward the following goals.
- (1)Review the design, research, and development of materials friendly to people and the environment from new perspectives, and gain the trust of customers through the development of products that prioritize the environment, safety and quality.
- (2)Use energy saving products and reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
- (3)Reduce waste materials and curtail the use of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
- (4)Procure clean raw materials, and cultivate new markets through the diversification of production methods.
- The Company shall ensure strict compliance with all environment-related laws, standards, and requirements, and shall strive to prevent environmental pollution.
- The Company shall prepare an environmental management report, and share such information. The Company shall enhance the consciousness for the environment among employees and promote environment-related communication activities with its customers.
